Faedah dan Keburukan Minuman Bergas

Doktor Fazly Sanusi Ketua Hospital Awam Putrajaya, yang merupakan seorang pakar buah pinggang terkemuka telah merayu kepada semua orang tidak minum minuman sejuk seperti Pepsi, Coca Cola, 7Up dan lain-lain pada masa berbuka.
Ini kerana setelah berpuasa seharian menyebabkan buah pinggang dehidrasi dan meminum minuman sejuk dan bergas secara tiba-tiba akan menyebabkan buah pinggang gagal berfungsi.
Jadi jangan minum apa-apa minuman sejuk dan bergas semasa berbuka.Minum air atau jus selain dari minuman bergas.
