Kebaikan jus nenas
Pineapples are nutritious from the skin till the core. Sayang dan rugi yg amat if the skin dibuang. Orang tua-tua dulu tahu yg kulitnya berkhasiat dan boleh melegakan dan menghilangkan batuk so mereka rebus kulitnya to reap the nutrients then minum air rebusan kulit nenas. Some people pulak rebus the skin, add sugar then ferment for 7-10 days (ni kena google exact recipe ok) to enjoy it as a 'feel-good' drink.
When using a slow juicer (sj), scrub the pineapple clean then ozon the fruit to cleanse it. Kalau takde ozon machine, soak the brushed pineapple dlm air+lemon/cuka epal for 5mins to rid it off pesticides/chemical sprays.
You get more juice when you juice with skin ON. From the skin to the core, pineapples are bursting with Vitamin C, fibre, bromelain and other essential minerals.
